Parties, Parties, Parties....

We have like three different parties going on this weekend.
Its very busy, as you can probably imagine.
I'm helping out at Alexa's (Taylor's Sister) party today.

Oh sweet happy day!!!

I spent 31$ on two new bettas and two new betta homes!!!!! They are so pretty!!
One is blood red and his fins are spiky, his name is Mario.
The other is white with blue-ish-grey speckles, his name is Alfred. (Yes, named after Bruce Wayne's butler...)

I'll take some pictures and post them on my other blog for everyone to see.

I love my new fish!!!!

I'm sure almost everyone reading this has heard, but Michael Jackson is dead!!!
WHAT THE HECK?!?!? DEAD!?!?! AT 50?!?!? WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?
Apparently he died of cardiac arrest, but wow, it just really sad.
And its weird to think that he's gone, just like that......

Its bizarre.....

(For the record, I'm not a fan, never have been, but its still sad!!!)

I HAVE to get a new fish soon, I can't stand looking at an empty bowl...

My fish died, (and yes, I'm certain he is dead this time) I'm so sad about it.
I knew he was sick again, he got all bloated again, but I couldn't do anything.
I though he was just going to get better, like last time, but no, I was wrong...

My mom said I can get a knew one, but I had that fish for over a year, I got attached, and now I'm really upset.

-sad sigh-

Yeah, I loved a fish, but if you had gotten as attached as I had, you'd feel just as sad...

Cherries

We went to Hatrland Orchard today and picked tons of Sour Cherries.
They are sooooo good, and so beautiful too, I got lots of pictures!
My mom is going to make a pie out of them...

We lost power for five minutes, twice.

The post about UP

WARNING! THE FOLLOWING POST MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS! IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO SEE THESE, PLEASE DO NOT READ THE POST.



So, I went and saw UP on Wednesday.
It was spectacular.

I think that its a movie anyone will love, no matter how old you are.
The story was perfectly written, the animation was spot-on, and the charters were so lovable, its not even funny.

And you know what? I cried! And trust me, anyone who knows me should know that I NEVER cry during a movie. It takes a lot to get me choked up, and this movie just did it for me.
And when I say cried, I mean I cried for pretty much the entire movie.
Now, it wasn't like it was just sad, sad, sad, quite the contrary! It had some beautiful scenes that were just so happy, it makes you cry!

The opening and ending scenes are really, in my opinion, some of the best scenes of the entire movie.

So, all in all, I love this movie, I actually would love to see it again, like right now. I think its well worth watching, and you'll enjoy it no matter who you are.

Speaking of UP, the movie was SPECTACULAR! Pixar has made yet ANOTHER masterpiece.

Sam and I were playing Battle Front II last night.
It was awesome, we kept committing suicide, and we put bombs all over our Snow Speeders and then flew straight into the AT-ATs....

It was so funny, especially when I started killing Sam for no reason....

I really liked George Orwell's writing style, and his grasp on politics.

I'm blogging from an XO! Actually, most of my 09 posts were posted from this laptop.

My dad spent a long time last night upgrading my XO. (Ok, its not really ALL MINE, but I'm the only one who uses it and I use it A LOT, so I have a tendency to call it "mine") Anyway, its really nice and much better now. It even has this awesome thing called Speak, where you type whatever the heck you want and then you get to listen to a British dude repeat it back to you! (I'm sure you can imagine how much fun me and Lilly had with THAT.) This laptop uses Opera, and though I'm used to FireFox, I've gotten used to it pretty quickly.
I need to stop geek-ranting now, Lilly's gonna kill me when she reads this, she hates it when I ramble about this kind of stuff....

I want to go swimming....

I'm trying to get back into an old hobby of mine.
What is this hobby you ask? Well I'll tell you!
I used to make TONS of these awesome little clay figurines and sculpt a lot, and I randomly stopped, but I started looking through all of the stuff I made and I really liked all of it, so I'm gonna get back into sculpting and making clay figurines, I'll take pictures so you guys can see what they turn out like!

Hey, I'm beat. We had to go to my cousin's high school graduation today.

It was hot, we had to leave at 6:30, and we literally just got back.

Now, about the wedding:

I went, GREAT! I'm so glad I did it! It was an awesome experience! And I managed to get some awesome shots! I haven't had a chance to see all of my pictures yet, but I'm getting my memory card back today, I'm so happy with how this all turned out!

Well, tonight is the wedding, I'm in charge of shooting pictures of the Groom and Groomsmen, and I'm very nervous about it all...

I mean, I know I can take good pictures, but I'm so paranoid about messing up, or not getting enough good shots...

Anyways, I hope I do alright....

I'm going to be helping out at a wedding. The wedding is tomorrow night. I'm helping out, by taking pictures and helping another, professional, photographer.

So yeah, the rehearsal is tonight, and I'm going to that too.

I'm very excited about the wedding, this is a really big opportunity for me and I'm very grateful for being able to do this.

We went bowling today!
It was great, but I'm a, heh, little rusty.

I think I did all right though.
It was the perfect thing to do today, cause it was raining and all...
